Are These Sellout Edwardian-Style Zara Boots The Shoe Of The Autumn?

Plus five other lace-up boots to shop.

You may still be wearing your Birkenstocks and about to head off on holiday, but autumn trends are slowly making their way into the shops. And what better way to start seasonal shopping than with a pair of boots?

Zara, the creator of the sellout polka-dot dress, has released Edwardian-style lace-up boots in ice cream colours, sky blue and cream, offering a great way to transition to the colder months.

At £95.99, they don’t come cheap, but they’ve already proved popular with shoppers – even if they have divided the HuffPost Life team. The cream design has already sold out, while the blue style is still available in limited sizes, so you’ll have to be quick.

HuffPost UK has also contacted the retailer to find out when it will be back in stock, so you’ll be the first to know when it’s back on shelves.

In the meantime while you wait, you can shop similar styles below that we’ve rounded up. Wear them with midi dresses, culottes, knitwear and jeans, basically anything and everything in your autumn wardrobe.

Zara still has a handful of similar styles to shop from, including this white pair with a lower, and chunkier block heel, perfect if you’re not a fan of a stiletto style shoe.

A black boot for winter never went amiss, so try this dainty-looking pair. You won’t need to spend ages tying up the laces, there’s a handy zip fastening at the back to save you the bother.

If you prefer something a little chunky, try this patent burgundy pair. The low heel mean you can wear them from day to night and the glossy finish will liven up a dark outfit.

For a more minimalist pair, head to Arket and pick up these light brown boots. The soft leather will make them comfy AF.

As minimal as this trend can possible get, this nude pair will lengthen legs and add an extra few inches of height. We’ll be wearing them with wide leg trousers and our favourite piece of knitwear for autumn.
