Ariana Grande has received support from fans after posting despondent tweets, following a difficult month.

A spokesperson for Ariana recently revealed that she would be “taking some time to mend and heal” after what were described as the “events of the past couple of years” - namely the 2017 Manchester terror attack at her concert and the more recent death of her ex-boyfriend, Mac Miller.

Pls take your time. Take time to heal. Your health and happiness are the most important. We’ll always be there for you. We’ll never leave. We have your back. We’re praying for you.

Earlier this month, when Ariana and her fiancé Pete Davidson chose not to attend the Emmys, her representative said: “Given the events of the past couple of years, Ariana is going to take some much needed time to heal and mend.

“She will be staying close to home and using this period to spend time with her loved ones and work on new music without deadline. She thanks her fans for their understanding.”

In the lead-up to her most recent album, Ariana shared her experiences of anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder, the latter of which was a result of the bombing at her Manchester concert in 2017, which took the lives of 22 innocent people.

She alludes to this on her new single, ‘Breathin’, the fourth cut to be taken from her latest release, ‘Sweetener’.
