Labour’s Rebecca Long-Bailey has been widely praised for her performance on BBC Question Time after she repeatedly savaged the Tories over the NHS, homelessness and Theresa May’s leadership.

The MP for Salford and Eccles received numerous rounds of applause as she took on Brexit Secretary David Davis with a mix of statistics, anecdotes and rousing party lines.
