The latest Beats headphones may have only launched about six weeks ago, but that’s not stopping the discounts from coming. Originally retailing at $199.95, the Beats Solo 4 headphones are now 35% off at Amazon and Target. That’s only a few dollars more than the previous iteration, the Solo 3. What makes the Solo 4 the better buy, however, is their slight upgrade over its predecessor: a longer battery life (a claimed 50-hour playtime, instead of 40-), clearer acoustics and balanced bass. Translation: You’re getting the best sound ever!
The headphones also sport spatial mode with head tracking, lossless audio, fast-charging capabilities for 5-hour playtime after a quick 10-minute charge a carry case, a foldable design and USB-C charging. Aptly summarized by one reviewer, the “Solo 4s are phenomenal at what they are intended for: casual use” with “much improved sound quality.” This deal is just too good to pass on grabbing that newest tech.
Although they’re not marketed as having active noise-canceling, reviewers say that’s debatable.
