Big Changes Being Made To UK Divorce Laws

The UK’s current divorce laws will be changed to end the fault-based system. Justice Secretary David Gauke confirmed new legislation where couples don’t have to provide evidence of wrongdoing. One side only needs to make a statement that the marriage has broken down.
