Best idea ever.

A café has opened in Los Angeles to unite abandoned dogs with people who simply love to snuggle pooches.

The coffee shop, aptly named The Dog Café, has an admission fee of $10 (£7) which includes a drink and a 55-minute time slot with the dogs

The main aim of the café is to teach the public more about dog homelessness, but in a happier environment than your regular shelter.

All of the dogs are up for adoption, meaning it also provides the opportunity for people to give them a new home.

The café hosts at least a dozen dogs at the same time, of all different ages and sizes.

We'd probably end up taking them all home.
