An injunction taken out by the "celebrity threesome" couple PJS and YMA has been counter-intuitive to say the least, with people everywhere clamouring to figure out whose sex life was so important it needed to be kept private from the British press.
A court has now ruled the injunction banning the media from naming the celebrity couple, who are fighting to have allegations of an extra-marital threesome from being reported, should be lifted.
But the three appeal court judges also issued a stay on Monday, meaning the pair still cannot be named pending a further appeal by the man at the centre of the allegation.
This did not, however, stop a political blog from naming the pair for the second time and Twitter users making hilarious claims of who is at the centre of the storm.
Many are now even posting their 'ideas' in the hope of landing an exclusive:
We should probably point out that these are all jokes and have absolutely nothing to do with the actual people involved in the case. Because it would be very naughty for us to publish anything like that.
