Beauty fans get ready, Charlotte Tilbury has just unveiled 11 new lipsticks, inspired by iconic men and women.
Launching on 20 June, the Hot Lips 2 Collection features a range of matte and creamy shades from flattering nudes to bold reds.
Each shade pays homage to 11 iconic individuals including: Edward Enninful, J.K. Rowling, Susan Sarandon, Kylie Minogue, Amal Clooney, Alessandra Ambrosio, Jennifer Aniston, Carina Lau, Sofia Vergara, Olivia Palermo and Patsy Tilbury – Charlotte’s mother.
Each one will cost £28 and you’ll be able to shop them from 20 June exclusively from charlottetilbury.com, though we’d recommend pencilling it in your diary as we imagine they’ll sell out. They’re due to hit stores on 27 June, so mark your calendars now.
In a first for the brand, the lipsticks will also be available in refillable cases, there’s five beautiful designs to choose from, with the refills costing £19. The makeup artist created the range to be flattering and wearable across the colour spectrum revealing in a press release that she wanted to create a new colour world for everyone.
“These shades have super powers, they look incredible on everyone! I always envision the colour and texture, and how they complement each other to make the shade even more unique and incredible,” Tilbury explained.
Amazing Amal, inspired by Amal Clooney, is a matte, soft berry pink.
Angel Alessandra, inspired by Alessandra Ambrosio, is a sheer, peachy nude.
Catrina’s Star, inspired by Catrina Lau, is a matte, peach coral.
Enigmatic Edward, inspired by Edward Enninful, is a hydrating, clear lipstick.
Glowing Jen, inspired by Jennifer Aniston, is a sheer, tawny rose.
In Love With Olivia, inspired by Olivia Palermo, is a sheer, pretty pink.
JK Magic, inspired by J.K. Rowling, is a sheer, peachy nude.
Dancefloor Princess, inspired by Kylie Minogue, is a pearlescent, 60s pop pink.
Patsy Red, inspired by Patsy Tilbury, is a matte, statement red.
Red Hot Susan, inspired by Susan Sarandon, is a matte, tawny-orange red.
Viva Va Vergara, inspired by Sofia Vergara, is a matte, soft wine shade.
Charlotte Tilbury has also pledged £1 million from the sales of the Hot Lips Collection between 2019 and 2021 to Women’s for Women International, a charity that works with women survivors of war.
Brita Fernandez-Schmidt, senior vice president for Global Partnerships at Women for Women International explained in a press statement what the pledge will mean to the women they work with: “To know that Charlotte believes in our work and is ready to commit the full force of her business to bringing about change for women in some of the world’s most dangerous places is truly inspirational.”
