Man In 'Life-Threatening' Condition After Being Shot With A Crossbow In Uxbridge

The 33-year-old was rushed to hospital with "critical injuries" after the incident in London, police said.

A man in Uxbridge is in a life-threatening condition after being shot with a cross-bow.

Police were called to Pield Heath Road in Uxbridge, London, on Monday, where a man was found with an abdominal injury caused by a crossbow arrow.

Metropolitan Police said the 33-year-old was rushed to a west London hospital with “critical injuries”.

His condition is being treated as life-threatening, officers said.

No-one has been arrested over the incident and enquiries continue.

Cordons remain in place at the scene.
