Black Friday has fast become the biggest day for shops and shoppers in the run up to Christmas. In what started as an American tradition following Thanksgiving, this day of discounts has firmly settled on the UK high street – and across the internet.
This year the day falls on 29 November, but as retailers set up to offer us their biggest bargains, this year will saw many shops slashing prices as early as 20 November and extend into 2 December, otherwise known as Cyber Monday.
Rather than painstakingly trawling through the daily deals, we’ve compiled a bumper guide to help you streamline those last minute shopping deals with ease.
Please note: All deals were correct at time of publishing, we’ve listed preview prices ahead of the sale date and items are available until stocks last.
Amazon
Amazon has offered tons of deals across Black Friday and Cyber Monday, offering hourly and daily deals across its beauty, electrical, kitchenwares, homewares and tech products for a whole seven days, starting from 22 November and running until 2 December.
Some of the brands you’ll find on sale are Nespresso, Apple and Fitbit.
Argos
Argos’s Black Friday deals have extended into Cyber Monday. There’s 25% savings on selected indoor furniture when you use the code FUR25 at checkout, 20% off Nespresso, Cookworks, aftershave, perfume, cosmetics and skincare with the code CYBER20, 20% off KitchenAid and 25% off watches.
We’ll be treating ourselves to this Krups Nespresso VertuoPlus Pod Coffee Machine, £63.99 (was £179.99) to make perking up in the morning that much easier.
ASOS
ASOS started the party early, with discounts having been available on site from 22 November and expected to end on 2 December. You’ll find savings across the in-house brands including ASOS DESIGN, ASOS 4505 and ASOS Edition, along with Adidas, Monki and Tommy Hilfiger.
There’s up to 70% off everything on site, from homewares, party pieces, and Christmas gifts. We love this ASOS DESIGN Hybrid Faux Fur Panelled Puffer Jacket in Lilac, £58.50 (was £65) to brighten up those dreary winter mornings.
Boots
Boots kicked off its Black Friday weekend with loads of deals across makeup, skincare and fragrance.
Keep your eyes peeled for even more savings in its last day of sale, with discount sinclulding 15% off fragrance and premium beauty, 25% off 100s of No.7 products, 50% off Christmas gifts and 10% off nursery and travel.
Top of our list is this No.7 Everyday Essentials Collection, £30 (was £79.50), which has everything you need to get ready for the upcoming party season.
Boux Avenue
It’s officially winter PJ season, with nights in and staying cosy at the top of our to-do list. Thankfully Boux Avenue are offering 30% off everything online and 60% off selected styles. There’s also gifts with purchases too, starting from if you spend over £60, which will earn you a free pair of socks or a dressing gown in you spend over £120. Noted.
On our shopping list are these Cross Over Faux Fur Sliders, £12.60 (was £18) which will be firmly remaining on our feet until spring arrives.
French Connection
Treat yourself to a new winter coat from French Connection this year, who is offering 30% off all full-priced styles across its stores and online until midnight of 2 December. Just remember to enter the code CYBER30 when you checkout online.
This Heritage Cable Knit Jumper, £66.50 (was £95) is going straight in our basket. It’s perfect if you’re on the hunt for a gift for a boyfriend, brother, or dad. The wool blend knit is a versatile addition to your winter wardrobe.
GHD
Hair styling experts GHD are offering up to 25% off some of its best selling tools, including the legendary straighteners that will last you years and years. Its Cyber Monday sale runs until 2 December.
Our top pick? The GHD Original Styler, £81 (was £109). From poker straight locks to tightly curled tresses, it’s the no-brainer, all-rounder hair tool.
Glossier
For beauty obsessives, Glossier is taking 20% off everything on site and in its London pop-up store until 2 December, so make sure you set your alarm bright and early to bag a bargain.
We’ll be checking out with the Pro Tip Brush Point Liquid Eyeliner, £15 in our basket. It gives a sleek, precise line so you can perfect your feline flick with ease - just in time for party season.
Heist
Reinventing hosiery with a high-quality, luxe finish, Heist is discounting its tights, shape wear and socks for Black Friday, offering 25% off everything on site. from 25 November to 3 December. Hurrah. Now’s the time to stock up on your winter warmers.
Top of our list is a pair of The Fifty, £16.50 (was £22). They’re high-waisted, seamless and gusset-free 50-denier tights that don’t sag, roll or fall down, now matter how many times you find yourself running for the bus.
John Lewis
Make your dream shopping list at John Lewis a reality thanks to its Cyber Monday which rounds off a weekend of discounts and deals on everything from electrical to furniture to beauty.
We’ll be sipping Champagne on Christmas day with these glasswares, LSA International Gin Balloon Glass, 680ml, Set of 4, £18 (was £30), although you’ll also find Dyson fans, Bose headphones and KitchenAid mixers to shop too.
ModiBodi

The Perfume Shop
Fragrance fans listen up, because The Perfume Shop is starting its Black Friday sale early. From 22 November to 1 December, you’ll find 20% off any second product you buy, then from 29 November – 3 December, you can save up to 80% on full price perfumes.
On our shopping list is a bottle of Diesel’s Only the Brave Eau De Toilette, £29.99 (was £50.50) scented with cedar, amber and leather accord.
Swoon
Black Friday is the best time to take advantage of big discounts on boring, essential and bulky items that you may have been putting off, and homewares is well worth shopping for. Swoon, the dreamy interiors brand, will be offering 25% off everything onsite from the until 2 December, including sofas, cushions, chairs and sideboards, so you can kit out your humble abode.
Whether you’re looking for something to decorate your space with, or simply Christmas shopping for someone else, Swoon has revealed that most of its designs will arrive in time for Christmas so you won’t have to wait weeks to enjoy your new purchases either.
Warehouse
