A dad and his daughter have become the most incredible gymnastic duo after they performed show-stopping moves in their own living room.
The toddler was flipped up in the air by her legs and landed perfectly on a set of coloured blocks behind her.
On the second move, she flipped backwards off the blocks and landed feet first on the floor.

We can only imagine these tricks took a lot of practise, so it’s probably best never to try it at home.
