A dad wasn’t going to let the fact his toddler was on a flight during Halloween stop her from enjoying some trick or treating.
He packaged up sweets with a note wrapped around them and handed them out to fellow passengers.
Thankfully, it went down well.
“Omg, my heart is exploding right now,” a passenger on the flight tweeted.
“Dad of the year just passed out candy to everyone on the flight so his three-year-old could trick or treat.”
The passenger, Stephanie Kahan, took a photo of the note in which the dad explained his three-year-old was “bummed out” she wouldn’t be able to trick or treat.
“I decided to bring trick or treating to her,” he wrote.
“If you are willing, when my little donut comes down the aisle please drop this in her basket. You’ll be making her Halloween.
“If you’re unwilling, no worries, just pass the treat back to me. Thanks so much!”
Kahan also shared a photo of Molly walking down the aisle wearing a costume and chatting to a fellow passenger.
The tweet has been retweeted more than 60,000 times (and liked more than 100,000 times) in less than a day.
Yep, he’s a strong contender for dad of the year.
