Grant Mitchell is set to arrive in Walford (again) next week, after another panicked call from Sharon.
It was Sharon’s call that prompted Ross Kemp’s character to return when Peggy Mitchell was dying earlier this year, and the ‘EastEnders’ favourite is set to shock everyone by turning up once more.
The drama begins when grieving Ben Mitchell goes missing, and with Phil’s health worsening, Sharon promises to find Ben, and makes a desperate plea to Grant.
She later confides in Jane, telling her about Grant, however, when she gets a reply and goes to meet him, Letitia Dean’s character gets a shock.
The duo then come face-to-face in Friday’s (5 August) episode, but how will they react after seeing each other?
When Grant returned earlier this year, there was definite tension between the pair, but viewers will have to wait and see what happens.
Earlier this month, Ross teased details of his soap return during an appearance on ‘The One Show’, confirming that he spent three weeks on set, filming episodes that will be screened in August and September.
