The week ended with the rand in a very sorry state, after Finance Minister Malusi Gigaba delivered his first mid-term budget speech. 1. GIGABA'S FIRST MID-TERM LEFT PEOPLE WONDERING - Finance Minister Malusi Gigaba delivered his first mid-term budget speech in Parliament.
