Fox News went into overdrive on Sunday after President Joe Biden withdrew from the 2024 presidential campaign and endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris in the race against Donald Trump.
Sean Hannity declared that “democracy is dead in the Democratic Party,” and demanded that Biden resign the presidency.
“Take his family of grifters back to Delaware,” he said. “If he had any decency at all he would leave the White House this week and never come back.”

Also, she laughs:
Jesse Watters claimed “the entire Biden presidency has been a lie” and that it was “ending in disgrace.”
Over on Laura Ingraham’s show, Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) delivered conspiracy theories about how “they” haven’t decided who will replace Biden, and said it would be a “suicide mission” to run against Trump anyway.
Ingraham also spoke with longtime Trump insider Stephen Miller, who was having a normal one:
Meanwhile, Kellyanne Conway ― who served in the Trump White House ― said Harris “does not speak well” and “does not work hard.”
Conway’s former husband, longtime Trump critic George Conway, fired back on X:
Fox News host Martha MacCallum predicted that Biden will be the “lamest duck ever” with a “hard pivot to Kamala, and it’s gonna happen immediately.”
Former House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) claimed the party is “pushing” Harris “to see if she collapses really soon” so they can then replace her as well.
“For the Democrats to say democracy is on the ballot, that’s hypocrisy now,” he said, and compared Biden’s withdrawal to the Watergate scandal.
And another Fox News host, Harris Faulkner, delivered some conspiracy theories of her own, saying democracy is being “upended” by Biden’s withdrawal from the race, that Democrats are a “threat” to democracy, and then declared that Harris may not be the nominee after all:
