Ed Sheeran is reportedly being lined up to headline Glastonbury 2017.
Festival bosses are hoping to secure the 'Thinking Out Loud' singer to play the prestigious Pyramid Stage at next year's event.
The Sun has claimed talks are currently on-going between both camps, with a source stating: "Ed has always wanted to do Glasto, it’s been a huge ambition.
Sadly for festival-goers, there’s a long wait ahead until Michael and Emily Eavis officially announce who will follow in the footsteps of this year’s headliners Muse, Adele and Coldplay.
So far, legendary rock band Guns N’ Roses are the favourites to top the bill in 2017, while Kasabian, Radiohead and Stone Roses are also hotly-tipped.
Foo Fighters could also return to the stage after having to pull out of their headline slot in 2015.
