As well as actually winning Great British Bake Off, there’s another highly coveted accolade that all of the bakers are aiming for when they enter that famous tent.
We speak, of course, of the Hollywood Handshake.
And on Tuesday’s show, contestant Henry Bird was the lucky recipient of just that after judge Paul Hollywood praised his Kardemummabullar (a Swedish bun served at coffee parties, seeing as you’re asking).
But it was Henry’s brilliant reaction to the HH that had viewers in stitches…
Yep, Henry actually told old blue eyes to shut up.
“I don’t think you say ‘shut up’ to the judges,” Prue joked.
Presenter Noel Fielding added: “No one’s ever told a handshake to shut up”.
“I could go now. I could leave this week and be happy with that,” Henry told them.
Wonderful.
Unsurprisingly, Twitter approved...
The Great British Bake Off continues next Tuesday at 8pm on Channel 4.
