In 2010, "The Hills" star Heidi Montag famously underwent 10 plastic surgery procedures in a single day, which, in addition to a nose job and liposuction, most significantly included increasing her breast size to an F-cup.
Last week, the 27-year-old former reality star was back on the operating table -- this time having her implants reduced to a more manageable C-cup. Montag filmed her surgery for "Entertainment Tonight," and now she's unveiled her smaller breasts for the first time, posing for a photo shoot in Santa Barbara, Calif.
Montag cites health problems among the reasons for downsizing her breasts, telling Us Weekly that the F-cup implants weighed about three pounds each and that "they felt like bowling balls on my chest."
This marks the third breast augmentation surgery for Montag. She underwent her first nose job and breast enlargement surgery in 2007, which boosted her natural A-cups to C-cups.
After Heidi underwent her drastic makeover, she vacillated between claiming she was and wasn't addicted to plastic surgery. Later in 2012 she told Celebuzz, "I wouldn't do it again, that's for sure. It was a lot more than I could have expected."
Montag appears to have changed her mind since that interview, and she's apparently loving her smaller breasts, telling Us Weekly, "I'm the new, new, new Heidi!"
