How To Peel Garlic: Use This Swift Technique For Minimal Mess

You might have cooked with garlic for years, but you probably won’t know this ridiculously speedy technique to peel it.

Twitter user @VPestilenZ has shared a nifty trick that allows you to get cloves out – unpeeled – without having to dig your fingernails in to do so.

Rather than pulling each clove off, stick a knife into the top of one of them and pull it out. Easy – and minimal mess.
