Carol Vorderman has revealed which star she would like to see crowned winner of ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!’, after making an exit on Wednesday (November) night.
The former ‘Countdown’ star left the camp during the episode’s live eviction, and in her exit interview, she backed Sam Quek to win the series.
She told Ant and Dec: “I would like one of the girls to win… I’d like Sam to win… I’d love Scarlett [Moffatt] as well, I hate to say one, but you forced me.”
Carol made no secret of the fact she was pretty pleased to be heading back to real life, jokingly shouting “I’m free!” as she made her way over the bridge to the studio.
Her last 24 hours in the camp were emotional, thanks to the arrival of letters from home.
Carol’s came from her daughter Katie, and read: “Sending so much love Mum, keep smiling and being your bubbly self, you are fab, we are cheering you from the sofa, go mum!! We are missing you and can’t wait to have you home, love you.”
A number of the celebrities were also pretty gutted about the departure of Jordan Banjo, but none quite so much as Larry Lamb.
The veteran actor was seen in tears following the exit of his pal, and ‘Gogglebox’ star Scarlett was left reminding him that it won’t be long before they’re reunited. Awww!
