If you love posting videos on Instagram and get frustrated by the 15-second cut off point, we have good news.
In a bid to become a more video-friendly platform, Instagram is allowing us to post videos up to 60 seconds long. Hurrah!
If you follow accounts with a lot of video posts you'll know how annoying the 15-second cut off point is.
This has often forced vloggers, upcoming musicians and makeup artists to be quite selective in what they choose to post.ma
The update will give everyone more freedom to showcase their skills.
Explaining the reasoning behind the motive, Instagram stated: "the time people spent watching video increased by more than 40 percent."
They added that the feature would be "available for everyone in the coming months," which means that most of us will have to practice a lot of patience while we wait.
The change follows Mark Zuckerberg's prediction that "90% of the social network's content will be video-based by 2018."
