The hosts of 'Loose Women' were left in absolute hysterics during a live link on Friday (20 May), when John Barrowman suffered a rather unfortunate (and painful-looking) mishap.
The former 'Doctor Who' and 'Torchwood' star fell off his stool in spectacular style as he joined the ladies on the ITV daytime chat show.
The panellists were presenting a live link up with 'This Morning' to preview what was coming up on the show, with Nadia Sawalha telling viewers they would be challenging men to walk in their heels.
John then popped his legs up on the desk to reveal he was wearing a pair of red stilettos.
However, he became unsteady, and before he could catch his balance, he was tumbling backwards off his stool behind the desk.
Naturally, Nadia and co-hosts Andrea McLean, Sherrie Hewson and Kaye Adams found the whole things hilarious, but a worried member of the show's production team quickly ran on set to check he was ok.
As the cameras cut back to the 'This Morning' studio, hosts Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford were also seen chuckling away.
Luckily, John was ok, with the 'Loose Women' Twitter account later posting a video of what happened in the aftermath.
While a 10 out of 10 fall, it still hasn't topped our favourite ever 'Loose Women' tumble, which comes courtesy of Sherrie in the video below:
'Loose Women' airs weekdays at 12.30pm on ITV.
