Kate Garraway has proved what a good sport she is, having laughed off what could potentially have been a very embarrassing wardrobe malfunction.
The 'Good Morning Britain' presenter suffered an unfortunate mishap on Thursday's edition (11 March) of the ITV breakfast show, when she accidentally flashed her underwear.
The incident happened when co-host Ben Shephard had picked her up to pretend to dunk her in a tank full of ice water, as they promoted her upcoming Tough Mums event.
After video footage later spread online, Kate was the subject of Ben's jokes as they spoke about it on Friday's show.
"Ben tried to put me in the dunk tank, and it all turned out quite differently," Kate said, before viewers were shown an edited version of the clip, which conserved her modesty.
"I was very impressed at the editing there. Congratulations everyone for putting that together," Ben joked. "Wouldn’t want to put anyone off their morning muffin."
"Well done, you saved my blushes," a giggling Kate said, adding: "I'm all about a malfunction."
Kate will complete the Tough Mums challenge with the rest of her ‘GMB’ co-hosts in May, as they invite 100 inspirational mums or mother figures with amazing stories to take part in the five kilometre obstacle course.
'Good Morning Britain' airs weekdays from 6am on ITV.
