Katie Price has been arrested on suspicion of drink driving after allegedly crashing her pink Range Rover into a bush in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
The former glamour model was held by police in south east London after heading to her ex-boyfriend Kris Boyson’s 30th birthday party, The Sun reports.
A Met Police spokesman said: “At approximately 2am British Transport Police officers came across a car showing signs of damage stationary at the roadside in Shooters Hill Road, Woolwich.
“A 40-year-old woman who was inside the car was arrested on suspicion of drink driving.
“She was taken to a south London police station where she remains.”
It’s been a turbulent year for the mum-of-five.
Her arrest comes after she was banned from driving for six months in February, after being clocked doing 60mph in a 50mph zone.
She later confessed that she had turned herself in to police after she got behind the wheel two weeks before her ban was up, explaining that she had taken her son Harvey to hospital.
Last month her mum Amy revealed Katie had checked into rehab after her family urged her to get help when a video emerged of her partying with strangers in Majorca.
Prior to that, she was in the headlines again when her financial woes came to light following the breakdown of her third marriage to Kieran Hayler.
