KFC is launching a range of edible nail polishes that taste like... you guessed it, the colonel's secret recipe. Nope, this isn't a joke.
The polishes come in two shades, or flavours, based on the brand's chicken: 'Original' and 'Hot & Spicy'.
KFC worked with food technologists at McCormick, the company that provides its famous mix of 11 secret herbs and spices, to ensure customers' nails tasted "Finger Lickin' Good".
"To use, consumers simply apply and dry like regular nail polish, and then lick—again and again and again," KFC said in a statement.
"The recipe for our edible nail polish is unique and was specifically designed to hold the flavour, but to also dry with a glossy coat similar to normal nail polish."
But sadly there's a downside for extreme chicken fans - the nail polishes are only currently available in KFC Hong Kong.
*Wipes tears away with stupid regular tasting nails.*
