The food-kit brand HelloFresh has announced they have dropped Lea Michele as a spokesperson after a number of her Glee co-stars spoke out against her past behaviour.

Earlier this week, Lea was accused of making former Glee actor Samantha Ware’s working life “a living hell” during their time on the musical teen drama.

Samantha took issue with a post from Lea in support of Black Lives Matter, accusing her of “traumatic microaggressions” that made her “question a career in Hollywood”.

LMAO REMEMBER WHEN YOU MADE MY FIRST TELEVISON GIG A LIVING HELL?!?! CAUSE ILL NEVER FORGET. I BELIEVE YOU TOLD EVERYONE THAT IF TOU HAD THE OPPORTUNITY YOU WOULD “SHIT IN MY WIG!” AMONGST OTHER TRAUMATIC MICROAGRESSIONS THAT MADE ME QUESTION A CAREER IN HOLLYWOOD... https://t.co/RkcaMBmtDA

Since then a number of former Glee stars have shown support to Samantha, including Amber Riley, Dabier Snell and Willam Belli, prompting HelloFresh to make a statement.

Lea Michele is yet to comment on the accusations publicly. HuffPost UK contacted her representatives on Tuesday, but did not receive a response at that time.

Samantha Ware had a recurring role as Jane Hayward in the sixth season of Glee in 2015, appearing in 11 episodes. The Fox series was her first TV role, before going on to appear in What/If, Chicago Med and God Friended Me.
