A majestic Leicester City has been officially crowned champions of the Barclays Premiere League following a sensational 3 -1 win over Everton.
Claudio Ranieri’s team lifted the trophy in victorious style following Saturday’s match which saw two goals from striker Jamie Vardy and another from Andy King.
Everton’s Kevin Mirallas scored his side’s only goal.
As full time was called, the King Power Stadium exploded into a shower of blue and gold.
City fans are set to party well into the night - much like they did on Monday when their league victory became clear.
After the win, Ranieri, 64, told reporters: “Never, never did I imagine this."
The 64-year-old former Chelsea manager returned to English football last summer on a three-year contract at City.
