The chorus, made up of 78 members of the city's LGBT community, will perform over 14 songs in the two hour show, including I know Him So Well, Somewhere, Danny Boy and Sign your Name.
Director of 'Spring into Harmony', Steve Green, who is also performing in the show, has spent several months working with the chorus to fine tune the charity concert. Profit from tickets sales will be invested into the choir's community charity work.
Steve said: "The choir has been working really hard to ensure that the show is going to be an upbeat, entertaining and energetic performance.
"Our wonderful choral master Laurence Kaye has developed our own version of the Petula Clark classic 'Downtown' and it's been re-titled 'Canal Street'. We're sure the revised lyrics will bring a smile to everyone's face."
The choir, which was established in 2000 will be joined by special guest, the Liverpool's LGBT Choir, who will perform several songs and represent Liverpool's LGBT community.
Steve Green added: "We really encourage everyone to come down for a fun afternoon and to bring along their mums or the mother figures in their lives too, to celebrate love, tolerance and performance."
