Marnie Simpson Avoids 'Celebrity Big Brother' Punishment Over Saira Khan Flashing Incident

Fans wanted her to be removed from the 'CBB' house.

Celebrity Big Brother’ may be facing calls to remove Marnie Simpson from the house after she exposed herself to Saira Khan, but it seems she will not be disciplined over the incident.

The ‘Geordie Shore’ star angered viewers when she flashed her breasts in her co-star’s face, after being set a dare by Lewis Bloor, on Sunday (31 July) night’s episode of the Channel 5 reality series.

Many fans deemed Marnie’s actions to be akin to sexual harassment, calling for her to be ejected, with others pointing out that Aaron Frew was removed from last year’s civilian series of ‘Big Brother’ over a similar incident.

However, in scenes to air in tonight’s ‘CBB’, she escapes punishment after Saira tells her she is “fine”.

“It wasn’t supposed to offend you it was just a joke, it was just a dare,” Marnie says to the ‘Loose Women’ panellist.

As Stephen Bear also tries to say sorry for his involvement, it all becomes too much for Saira as she has a conversation with James Whale.

“I don’t know why I’m so emotional…I’m sick and tired of them saying sorry,” she says.

“There are certain things that are acceptable in behaviour and certain things that aren’t,” James states.

Saira replies: “That’s fine but it’s not how I live my life but I’m not going to accept it. Instead of being sorry why don’t you choose not to create an issue in the first place.”

A ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ spokesperson declined to comment when approached by HuffPost UK.

‘Celebrity Big Brother’ airs tonight at 9pm on Channel 5.
