Tory MP Anna Soubry today attacked Justine Greening’s education plans, saying introducing grammar schools would be detrimental to non-selective schools.
“I don’t want any child to have to go to the sort of school that I went to for the last five years of my secondary education”, she said.

“Many times was more like a Borsal than a school. There are still too many comprehensives like that in our country”.
