When you’re travelling for a big work presentation, you need the right music to help you focus and nothing pumps you up more than having the perfect soundtrack. Music that gets you ready for the kill, fires up your energy level and sends you off like a firework. But because you can’t play Eye of the Tiger and We are the Champions on loop, we’ve picked out a few others that do the job.

For many, motivation means loading up the MP3 player with in-your-face anthems, but that doesn’t work for everyone. As the DJ Trevor Nelson revealed to HuffPost: ‘I don’t think listening to hyped-up, pumped-up tracks before a meeting is necessarily a good idea. You need clarity. For most situations where you might feel nervous or in need of a boost, have a feel-good playlist at the ready.’

Some go for calming music to makes them feel zen inside, while others draw strength from songs that overcome obstacles, rid anxieties and tackle their haters face on.

Whatever your music taste, mood or mission, when preparing to play your A-game in front of a tough crowd, these songs are guaranteed to get you in the groove.
