While the rest of us are tied to our desks and the like, spare a thought for Myleene Klass who is currently grafting away in Cape Town.
The presenter/musician/designer is in the South African city to shoot a new campaign for her latest clothing collection for Littlewoods.
But in between all that hard work, Myleene, quite rightly, needed a breather and so headed straight to the beach.
The 37-year-old was spotted splashing about in the sea and enjoying the sunshine with a group of mates.
And it was no surprise to see the mum-of-two wearing one of her very own swimwear designs.
The star took to the beach in a black one-piece, which featured semi-sheer panels on the front, a plunging neckline and low-cut back.
Myleene recently admitted that she doesn’t think she has a perfect body but ‘makes the best of what she’s got’.
“I've got short legs and bandy arms and a long back and terrible posture, but I don't wish to be anything else,” she said.
“It's probably my points of difference that have made me a success.”
She also insisted that her two daughters Ava, six and Hero, four, won’t pick up any body insecurities from their famous mum.
“I don't want them to have a bad body image so I don't want them to see me sitting there sucking in my stomach.
“I want them to see me eating well. I won't use the word diet. I won't even call a Diet Coke by its name – in my house it's known as a DC.”
