Olivia Wilde Is A Lady In Red On Our Best-Dressed List This Week (PHOTOS)

We're Wilde For Olivia's Look

This week, the best-dressed list was full of stars wearing items that were simple, but perfectly fitted to their bodies. Olivia Wilde's red look proved that expert tailoring can turn a dress from blah to brilliant, while Naomi Watts' ensemble was a great example of the marriage between a classic garment and a fashion-forward trend.

Though there were countless outfits that deserved praise this week, beauty queen Priyanka Chopra took home the gold (or should we say, the crown). Her light pink jumpsuit was showcased with all the right accessories and extremely elegant hair and makeup. It just goes to show that it takes more than clothes to complete a look.

Check out our picks, and let us know if you agree!

Olivia Wilde in Osman

We are "wilde" for this look. The actress' ensemble is uncomplicated: The cut of the dress is simple, the color scheme is monochromatic and her accessories accentuate her look without drawing attention away from it.

Kate Hudson in Antonio Berardi

Hudson is on fire lately and this is just the latest in her sartorial successes. Her white dress fits her body like a glove, and the halter neckline draws attention toward her toned arms and glowing complexion.

Vanessa Lachey in Proenza Schouler

This outfit proves how great a simple black tank and printed skirt can be. The texture of Lachey's skirt adds just the right amount of visual interest, while her metallic strappy shoes add just the right amount of sparkle.

Kathy Griffin

It was a nice surprise seeing Griffin on the best-dressed list this week. We love how she picked this fitted, embellished gown and paired it with minimal accessories. It was a nice departure from her over-the-top ensembles.

Diane Kruger in Mary Katrantzou

Everything about this look screams perfection. Between the expert power clashing on her dress (which has become somewhat of a Kruger signature) to her strappy heels and tousled waves, this outfit reads fashion-forward without looking like she is trying too hard.

Kerry Washington in Giambattista Valli

It's no surprise that Vanity Fair's best-dressed star of the year made our list this week. Her mixed patterned dress is a nice change on the red carpet, while her neutral pumps and high bun help keep her frock the focal point.

Naomi Watts in Thakoon

This is an amazing jumpsuit. It has an ideal cut that's not too loose, but close to the body, while the sheer lace detailing amps up the ensemble. Watts was smart to keep the rest of her look simple with black heels and minimal jewelry.

Teri Hatcher in Chagoury

Strapless gowns can be so elegant, especially when they fit properly like Hatcher's. Her metallic dress flatters her hourglass shape, while her matching shoes really ties the ensemble together.

Priyanka Chopra in Maya Crispen

priyanka chopra

Miss World 2000 looked breathtaking in this light pink jumpsuit with metallic gold accessories. Her '20s-inspired hairdo gave a bit of edge to an otherwise feminine look, while her red lipstick married her coiffed locks and dainty ensemble.

Fan Bingbing in Elie Saab Couture

The Chinese actress looked stunning in this Elie Saab gown. The delicate embellishments paired perfectly with the dress' light blue and nude color scheme, while the tiering at the bottom added another level of intricacy, rendering the look a design marvel.

Lily Collins in Valentino

Black and white dresses are huge right now, and Collins executed the trend perfectly. She opted for a fitted dress with lace detailing (always a classic) and echoed the neutral color palette in her shoes, tying everything together.
