One Step Forward: Activist Gina Martin On Changing The Law Around Upskirting

HuffPost UK spoke to four incredible women who’ve made change for women’s rights in the past year. Gina Martin was at a festival when a man took a photo up her skirt. After the incident she found out up-skirting wasn’t illegal, and decided to try make real change. She teamed up with a lawyer, and in January 2019 a bill passed making upskirting a sexual offence.
