Prime Minister Johnson Appoints New Cabinet

Shortly after taking up residence in 10 Downing Street, Boris Johnson made a dramatic reshuffle of the Cabinet. In all, 17 senior Tories returned to the backbenches as the new prime minister brought in a number of surprising choices.
