Keen-eyed fans of the celebrity chef and Masterchef judge Gregg Wallace have spotted something a bit old school in his commenting habits: every time his wife, Anna Wallace, posts a nice picture, he comments โ€œprint it!โ€

Twitter user Hannah Thompson spotted his comments and posted a series of screenshots on Twitter in which Wallace is seen commenting โ€œPrint itโ€, โ€œAmazing pic. Please printโ€, โ€œWow! Print itโ€ and โ€œPrint it please, itโ€™s beautifulโ€.

Amused followers have pointed out that the Greggโ€™s family printer bill must be through the roof, with some joking that theyโ€™ll only read the thread โ€“ which has been liked 16,000 times โ€“ if someone prints it first.

crying with laughter that masterchefโ€™s Gregg Wallace comments on every pic his wife posts on insta demanding she print it.

SO many questions. Is she actually printing them?? Whatโ€™s he doing with all these prints?? pic.twitter.com/5XiE4GWJ7A

In a case of reality being stranger than fiction, now random strangers are flooding Amy Wallaceโ€™s Instagram account โ€“ which does showcase a range of beautiful photos โ€“ withโ€œprint it!โ€ comments themselves.

โ€œPlease, think of the children, just print it!โ€ one visitor commented. โ€œCame here for the โ€œPrint itโ€ comments. Lovely photos though!โ€ said another.

Gregg Wallace does have a point though. How many hundreds, if not thousands, of photos do you have languishing on your phone never to be printed and enjoyed irl?

If youโ€™re sick of staring at your masterpieces on your phone screen you can very easily convert them into photos, fridge magnets or screen prints using sites including Photobox, Snapfish and Snappy Snaps.

Happy snapping!
