As Quiz Comes To A Close, Which Classic TV Moment Should ITV Use For Their Next Drama?

Scandals involving Blind Date, Big Brother and This Morning have all been suggested.

With ITV’s gripping three-part series Quiz almost over, people are already dreaming up ideas for the next true-life drama that writers should be tackling.

Quiz tells the story of Charles and Diana Ingram, who made headlines in 2001 when they were accused of cheating their way to the top prize on the quiz show Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?.

Although Charles and Diana have always maintained their innocence, they were found guilty when the case went to trial, and were both given 18-month suspended prison sentences and hefty fines.

The drama explores both sides of the argument, but with the final instalment set to air on Wednesday night, fans are getting nostalgic and serving up suggestions for which classic TV moments ITV should centre a drama around next.

One popular choice has been the moment Cilla Black outed an undercover journalist posing as a Blind Date contestant

We now need a six-part drama about Nasty Nick on Big Brother to add to the canon of TV show cheats. I miss when this was news.#Quiz
