Russian Ship Allegedly Rams Ukrainian Boat And Holds Sailors Captive

Russia releases video footage showing their coast guard allegedly ramming a Ukrainian ship in the Kerch Strait. Ukrainian authorities say they had given advance notice. Now six seamen have allegedly been wounded by Russian coast guards with open fire and are holding the Ukrainians captive. Ukraine's president is demanding their immediate release.
