When it comes to baked goods resembling a steaming pile of turd, we didnβt think it could get much worse than this:
You might remember this dogβs dinner came courtesy of a Masterchef contestant back in 2016.
However, Rylan Clark-Neal, quite literally, shat all over their unfortunate efforts as he took part in the latest episode of The Great Celebrity Bake Off on Tuesday.
The former Big Brotherβs Bit On The Side presenter had viewers howling as he cooked up a literal poo emoji Ibizan rock during a challenge that saw the bakers asked to make a scene of their βhappy placeβ out of meringue.
But this is what he presented judges Prue Leith and Paul Hollywood with:
Rylan was attempting to make a beach scene that reminded him of time he spent in Ibiza, with the meringue stack (which was covered in chocolate) supposed to represent a rock in the ocean.
But as presenters Noel Fielding and Sandi Toksvig were at pains to point out what it looked like.
βWow, youβre going to find that dog and punish it,β Sandi joked.
βIβm going to have to glitter it, ainβt I?β Rylan replied.
βLiterally polishing a turd,β Noel added.
Miraculously, the poo-rock seemed to go down rather well with Prue and Paul (appearance aside), who commended Rylan on the flavour of the meringue.
βAnd we thought they were going to poo-poo it!β Sandi said.
The whole fiasco had everyone on Twitter rushing to make a joke...
Rylanβs poo-rock was by no means the only baking disaster on Tuesday nightβs episode, though.
Comedian James Acaster had a complete mare as he spectacularly messed up all three challenges, making him a contender for the worst Bake Off contestant ever.
The Great Celebrity Bake Off continues next Tuesday at 8pm on Channel 4.
