Speedboat Killer, Jack Shepherd, Detained In Georgia

Jack Shepherd has been detained in Georgia, months after being convicted of manslaughter for a speedboat crash on the River Thames. The 31-year-old Brit was sentenced to six years in jail for the manslaughter of Charlotte Brown by gross negligence.
