Maybe Steve Harrington thought if he cut his hair like Jonathan Byers he’d get Nancy back. pic.twitter.com/Oh3a63W1uB

Joe’s most recent role is in the action-comedy Free Guy” alongside Ryan Reynolds and Taika Waititi. The film is due to premiere next July.

Netflix has yet to announce a fourth season of Stranger Things, however, producer Shawn Levy has confirmed work on new episodes is underway, following the success of the third series which debuted in the summer.

As well as the cast members that fans of the hit sci-fi drama have grown to live, the third series introduced a handful of newbies, namely Maya Hawke as Steve’s new colleague Robin.

While many viewers shipped Steve and Robin in the series’ early episodes, it later become known that the two would not be anything more than friends, when she was revealed as the franchise’s first openly gay character.

Maya told Variety: “Throughout filming, we started to feel like she and [Steve] shouldn’t get together, and that she’s gay. Even when I go back and watch earlier episodes, it just seems like the most obvious decision ever.”
