We always knew Susanna Reid was a brave woman, but she went where most people - aside from Katya Jones - wouldn’t dare on Wednesday’s (2 November) ‘Good Morning Britain’, and let Ed Balls practice a dance lift with her.
The former politician was appearing on the ITV show to discuss his ongoing stint on ‘Strictly Come Dancing’.
And while Susanna, who was a runner-up on ‘Strictly’ in 2013, didn’t keep her promise to help Ed practice the lift which famously went spectacularly wrong earlier this month, they did try a simpler one.
Nicely done, Ed. Nicely done.
When it was announced that Ed had signed up for the show, we all knew he was going to be TV gold, but it’s fair to say most assumed he would be out of the competition by now.
Nevertheless, he’s still going strong, and on Saturday, impressed the judges, earning a massive score of eight from Bruno Tonioli.
Speaking to The Huffington Post UK at the Pride Of Britain Awards, he opened up about his time on the show, sharing his love for Danny Mac, who is favourite to win the competition.
