Kelvin Fletcher and Oti Mabuse left the Strictly Come Dancing judges flustered once again, with the second performance of their Rumba in the live final.

The two debuted the dance in the fourth week of the contest left year, which was branded “filth” by Craig Revel Horwood, while Shirley Ballas claimed it had sent her “temperature through the roof”.

During Saturday night’s show, Kelvin and Oti recreated the performance once again, and got a similar reaction from the panel.

“I have to admit I’m rather hot under the collar, darling,” Craig commented, while Motsi Mabuse – Oti’s sister – raised laughs from the studio audience when she commented on Kelvin’s “beautiful muscles” and his ability to “use them”.

Eventually, she abandoned her critiques when fellow judge Bruno Tonioli kept picking out innuendos, after she declared: “I’m glad I saw it twice, because the first time it was a bit too much.”

Shirley agreed: “You’re all the sunshine I need that’s for sure. You’re oily, you’re like a lava lamp, the perfectly-timed syncronised body movements, slow and oily.”

Finally, Bruno Tonioli told the pair: “We are reaching melting point. It was sensual and romantic, the chemistry was absolutely sizzling.”

As is the case every year, the judges’ scores were not taken into account during the live final, with only the public choosing the winner on the night, although the panel did give Kelvin and Oti a near-perfect score for their routine, with only Craig giving them a nine where the others gave 10s.

Kelvin went up against EastEnders actress Emma Barton and CBBC presenter Karim Zeroual in this year’s Strictly final.
