The dust has barely settled from Len Goodman’s ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ exit, but his fellow judge Craig Revel Horwood has already suggested he’ll be back.
In Saturday’s (17 December) live final, Len was given an emotional send-off, prior to Ore Oduba being announced as this year’s winner.
However, while Len appears to have hung up his judging paddles for good, Craig doesn’t give it long before he has a change of heart, insisting the Head Judge’s FOMO will get the better of him.
The always-candid star told The Mirror: “[Len will] be at home, burning with desire to return soon. He won’t be able to stand seeing someone else in his seat.
While Saturday marked Len’s final live show, he will be appearing as a judge in a pre-recorded ‘Strictly’ special on Christmas Day.
Making an emotional speech as he prepared to leave the show, Len said: “I will miss everything about the show, I promise you.
“I’ll miss just turning up, and the anticipation of what’s going to occur. I’ll miss what I consider the three best judges on television, on any of these kinds of show.”
Attention now turns to who’ll be replacing Len as Head Judge, with ‘Strictly’ pro Anton Du Beke, who has appeared in every series since the show launched, repeatedly being named as a potential contender.
