An Indian minister has been praised for her chilled response to an irate Twitter user.

External affairs minister Sushma Swaraj received a tweet from user @M_VenkatM, who was complaining about his fridge.

He tweeted at her complaining that he had bene sold a faulty fridge, including details of the model he had bought.

But rather than simply ignoring his complaint, Swaraj showed just how cool, calm and collected she was with this gentle response:

Brother I cannot help you in matters of a Refrigerator. I am very busy with human beings in distress. https://t.co/cpC5cWBPcz
