Tarantula Shedding Its Skin Is Hypnotically Horrible

Shuddering hideously, this tarantula wrenching itself from its old skin is all of us struggling through this gloomy Monday.

The uncomfortable footage was shot in Oklahoma on Friday and shows the arachnid on its back, twitching and spasming after freeing itself of its former carapace, the air smarting on its newly-exposed skin.
