Theresa May praised only MPs who campaigned for Remain in her speech at the conservative party conference.
As she emphasised her plan for “seeing Brexit through”, the prime minister praised Michael Fallon, Amber Rudd, Jeremy Hunt, Justine Greening, Damian Green, Philip Hammond, and Sajid Javid, all of whom had worked to keep Britain inside the European Union.
She did not mention any MPs who had campaigned to leave the EU. However May did not entirely forget David Davis, Priti Patel and Liam Fox: she delighted them with a quip about Boris:
At the 2015 conservative party conference, May was famously snubbed by Cameron when he left her name out of his speech, but lavished praise on Boris Johnson and George Osborne.
