Tulisa has been charged with drink driving and dangerous driving, following an incident which allegedly saw her crash her Ferrari last year.
The former 'X Factor' judge will appear in court next week, having reportedly failed a breathalyser test, when her car was crashed into a Saab outside Southgate Tube station in North London in September.
Police have confirmed that Tulisa was formally charged on Monday 7 March, with a spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police stating: "A woman has been charged with driving offences following a collision on 10 September 2015 outside Southgate Underground station.
"She was bailed to appear at Highbury Corner Magistrates' Court on Monday, 4 April."
Reports have since suggested that Tulisa's dreams of breaking into Hollywood could be placed in jeopardy by the case, after she recently signed with US agent in the hope of landing film roles.
In 2014, Tulisa appeared in court after being accused of trying to set up an £800 drugs deal, charges which were later dropped, when the case was thrown out of court due to lack of evidence.
However, just days later she was found guilty of assaulting celebrity blogger and ‘The Only Way Is Essex’ cast member Vas Morgan, a verdict she later appealed against, though the appeal was unsuccessful.
