UK And Allies Commemorate the 75th Anniversary Of D-Day At Portsmouth

The Queen was joined by Prime Minister Theresa May, US President Donald Trump, French President Emmanuel Macron and others in an event to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the D-Day landings. Military demonstrations, music and testimony marked the sombre occasion, and over 300 veterans of the mission, known then as “Operation Overlord” attended. Trump is on his third and final day of his state visit to the UK.
