Remember the last day of school when everyone got their shirts signed in the playground? Well, now you can buy it back for £790.

We bet you wish you’d kept hold of yours.

French streetwear brand Vetements has designed a printed cotton shirt covered in handwritten scribbles in German, Arabic, Latin and French. And we’re getting major teenage throwbacks.

The brand calls the scrawls “notes of encouragement”, and the shirt “an oversized version of a classic shirting silhouette”, recommending to style it with dad trainers and plaid shorts. Oh and it’s hand wash only for maximum inconvenience.

Unsurprisingly, people were quick to mock the design on Twitter, sarcastically planning to make a tidy few quid by selling their own leavers shirt.

Others realised they could make a fortune as they’d kept hold onto more than one of their old leavers shirts.

Not the first ludicrously priced ensemble from the brand, Vetements has a history of designing questionable pieces, the most famous is the DHL yellow shirt that cost £185.

It’s fashun dahling, didn’t you know?
